Lauren Mattern is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She began her nursing career in 2017 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa, Florida.
Lauren has a professional background in health, fitness, and wellness, including experience as a group fitness instructor specializing in structured strength and cardio-based fitness programs. Her clinical and aesthetic training includes advanced education in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as skincare and aesthetic treatment planning. She combines her medical training with her background in wellness and aesthetics to provide individualized, evidence-based care.
